A: Yes, we can send you a DVD in the mail if you like the simplicity. We can post a DVD image online for immediate download if turnaround time is what matters for you. Or we can do both. It's up to you.
Q: What if I don't want anyone else to see my video?
A: We can provide password protection for your video.
Q: Can I put my use team logo and colors as the background for the page?
A: Yes, we will work with you to give your page a look and feel that matches your organization.
Q: Can I put advertisements on the pages with my video?
A: Yes, that can make your video library pay for itself.
Q: What if I have a really old, slow computer that I will use to view the video?
A: We can provide a special set of links to lower quality video that will work on your old machine.
Q: Who picks the highlights? me or you?
A: It's up to you. We can do it or you can do it.
Q: Can you put clips from multiple videos onto the same web page?
A: Yes, that's usually what we would do for the video resumes.
Q: Can I give you my home movies and have you put those on the web?
A: Yes, that's a perfect application of our system.

A: Yes, we will work with you so that you don't have to mail or deliver your DVDs.
Q: What formats do you use?
A: Generally, we use an H.264 video encoder, MP3 audio encoder and an MP4 container.
Q: Can I watch the pictures on my iPod, iPhone or other personal media player(PMP)?
A: Yes, absolutely. Our software has the option of outputting clips in the formats accepted by most portable devices.
Q: Can I buy your software to use at home?
A: No, not yet. Right now, we are focusing on being a company centered around service, not sales.
