🎥 Ordering & Delivery
How does the process work?
Once you submit your order and payment, you’ll receive an email confirming we received your materials. Production typically starts within a few hours.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery: 24–48 hours
Rush delivery: 24 hours guaranteed
How will I receive my video?
You’ll get a secure download link by email as soon as your video is ready.
💬 What You’ll Receive
Each QuickTurn order includes everything you need to post your property video immediately.
Included in every order:

A horizontal cinematic video created from your listing photos.

Your logo and property address added automatically.

A complimentary vertical-friendly version of the same video — adapted for Reels, TikTok, and Shorts.
(This is the horizontal video optimized for vertical platforms — not a full vertical remake.) -
Final Frame Branding: your logo appears at the end of the video, right before a small “Produced by QuickTurn Video” credit.
If you’d like a true vertical video created from horizontal photos, please contact us for custom pricing and turnaround.
Q: What if I don’t have high-quality listing photos?
You can still get a QuickTurn Video.
Our team can virtually stage up to 5 photos, enhance lighting and detail, and add neighborhood visuals to tell a complete story.

💳 Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We process payments securely through Stripe, accepting all major credit and debit cards.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Stripe uses encrypted, PCI-compliant systems. Your card data is never stored by us.
Can I request a refund?
If production hasn’t yet started, we can issue a full refund. After production begins, partial refunds may apply depending on progress.
🪄 Files & Revisions
After you receive your video, you have 24 hours to request one round of changes.
Included adjustments:
Text, logo, or timing refinements.
Not included:
Music changes (each soundtrack is custom-composed to your chosen music style).
A new soundtrack request requires a new video order.
